This is my Third spa and first from Summit Spas of Windsor. Summit was extremely easy to work with. The Caldera Salt Water spa is a huge improvement over my 2 chlorine spas. Much better for my skin with no residue, I don’t feel like I immediately need to shower after use with salt water. I’ve made multiple calls to summit for first-timer help on maintaining the spa. We purchased a spa from Summit Spas last week and we could not be happier with the entire experience. The staff was courteous, not pushy about stretching our budget, and willing to be flexible. The spa was delivered and installed quickly. The techs were polite, informative, and helpful with questions. They also wen’t over all of the chemicals and the treatment process, making sure we were in good hands getting started. The spa is excellent, meeting and exceeding our expectations. This is a great locally owned business. In the era of supply chain issues, Summit Spas had more inventory than any of the larger competitors. The staff was very helpful and they delivered a great product. They came highly recommended to me for this same reason.

I am writing this review 4 years after purchasing a hot tub. I am so thrilled with Summit Spas. The warranty they offer is excellent and just saved us even 4 years after buying our tub. Josh and Jayden, our technicians, were very professional, kind, and knoweldgable. They replaced a large part in about 30 minutes. 5 stars! I can’t say enough good things about Summit Spas!! We purchased a spa during covid, the process with Summit Spas was easy and they were always available to help with questions etc!! We decided to move in 2022 and even though we loved our spa we couldn’t take it with us to our new home and the buyers didn’t want it. I am very pleased with my experience at Summit Spas. We ordered a large Caldera spa early this year. It was installed in May. The folks at Summit have done a great job with the sale, the install and after the sale support. Deb, the owner, has been more than diligent with educating us on spas and with water testing and advice as we have learned how to manage the chemistry. Cody in sales, Travis in service, and Jordan in service have all been great. I also believe that Caldera makes the best hot tubs on the market.
